PLPR 2021 Online Sessions
Planning matters, law matters, and property rights matter. To discuss how they matter, the International Academic Association on Planning, Law and Property Rights invites you to the PLPR 2021 Online Sessions. The PLPR 2021 Online Sessions are kindly supported by the German Akademie für Raumentwicklung in der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft (ARL), a competence centre for sustainable spatial development and research.
Submit your contribution now! Here.
The sessions are dedicated to specific themes which address timely topics that touch upon the key themes of PLPR: planning, law, and property rights.
See session descriptions here (click on session title to see details).
We encourage and invite especially young academics and PhD candidates as well as experienced scholars to actively contribute and participate in the sessions!
Submit your contribution in form of a 300 word abstract to one of the thematic sessions (find session descriptions on the submission site). Please also see the specific instructions in the session descriptions for each session.
Abstracts should align to the session and also relate to topics at the intersection of planning, law, and/ or property rights (i.e., not addressing just a planning issue, legal issue, or property rights issue in isolation of the other key themes of the association). An abstract does not need to encompass all three dimensions, but at least two.
Abstracts will be reviewed through a double-blind peer review process. Contribution will be made available in a book of abstracts on the PLPR-website.
Abstract submission deadline: 15 December 2020
Notification: Mid-January 2021
Sessions are scheduled throughout February 2021. Check out agenda.

The Online Sessions are available for registered participants only. Registration will open beginning of 2021. Thanks to the support by ARL, registration is free of charge.
The conference is a live video conference without recording. Links for participation will be made available to all registered participants via the agenda (click on the sessions to find the link).
